LOVES Wooden Canoes
My son's shop collapsed under the weight of snow and seriously damaged his Traveler. A few ribs and planking will need to be replaced which I've done before. Major problem is both inside and outside rail were broken at same location. I plan to splice in a section of the inside rail and install a new outside rail. Suggestions on how to hold this thing together and splice in the new rail section. I'm thinking I should splice in the inside rail before removing the out side rail. Suggestions?
