Michigan Canoe Nut
I know that Rushton used oak or ash on grade B Indian Girl inwales, caps and outer rails, but has anyone ever seen a factory splice on the caps and outer rails on a 17 foot canoe? I have crude photos of one, and an untrained eye describing the canoe to me. All the patina lines up to be at least made and/or restored at the same time for all the trim pcs. Any insite?
