Greg Ellis Canoe Accumulator Aug 1, 2015 #2 Dragonfly CanoeWorks has a listing of Peterborough Canoe models on their website at http://http://dragonflycanoe.com/wood-canoe-identification-guide/peterborough-canoe-company/ Unfortunately, they don't show a model #1846. I have an old Floatwell model, the model and serial numbers are stamped on the stem - have you looked there for info?

Dan Miller Jack of No Trades Staff member Aug 2, 2015 #4 The 1846 is a serial number, not a model number. Usually the model is also stamped on the plate. Do you have a photo of it? Otherwise, you'll have to narrow it down based on construction method and dimensions.
