Old Town 178467 is a 15 foot light weight model, fitted with a keel, painted [hen scratch] green and shipped to Grand Rapids, Michigan March 5, 1968 (which was my father's 50th birthday) (that last bit wasn't on the build record!).
The scan can be found below. Scans of approximately 210,000 records were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others. Additional information about the project to preserve these records is available at http://www.wcha.org/catalogs/old-town/records/ if you want more details.
