Curious about Wooden Canoes
I would appreciate the build record for this canoe.
Old Town Serial Number 152032

The Old Town canoe with serial number 152032 is a 20 foot long, CS grade, Guide's model with red Western cedar planking, open spruce gunwales half ribs, no keel, a floor rack, and sponsons. It was built between December, 1948 and March, 1949. The original exterior paint color was G. S. (Guide's Special) green. It shipped on March 21st, 1949 to Fort Kent, Maine.
