For those watching the auction of the "needy" Old Town (auction number 370078527872), the seller posted more pictures and, after much scrutiny, Denis and I determined that the serial number is 26888 17... which comes up as a 17 foot AA grade HW model, built in May and June of 1913. It has red Western cedar planking, open mahogany gunwales and mahogany decks, seats, and thwarts. It was fitted with a keel and floor rack, painted dark green, and shipped to Madison, Wisconsin on June 7, 1913.
