Hello! I'm considering purchasing an Old Town (Serial # 180866). I'm told it's an 18' Guide. Is there any other information that can be uncovered?

Your info is correct...this canoe was shipped on July 2, 1968, to Easthampton, MA. It was built as an 18' "Guide" with spruce gunwales, keel and the original color was dark green. A copy of the build record is attached.
