Old Town Canoe Build Information

Welcome, the Old Town canoe with serial number 111919 is a 15 foot long, CS (Common Sense or middle) grade, fifty pound model with red Western cedar planking, open spruce gunwales, oak decks, oak thwarts, oak seats, a keel, and bilge keels. It was built between January and June, 1933. The original exterior paint color was maroon. It shipped on June 21st, 1933 to Montreal, Quebec, Canada with reshipment to Magnetawan, Ontario.
