LOVES Wooden Canoes
Linda, Dan: The Old Town canoe with serial number 137599 is a 17 foot long, AA grade, HW model with a keel and a floor rack. It was built between May and August 1943. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on August 30, 1943 to an eventual destination of Harrison, Maine. These scans and several hundred thousand others were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
