Our numbers were small but we had a successful day paddling from Cherry Beach, through the Toronto Island waterways to the Gibraltar Point Lighthouse (built in 1808).
On our way back we stopped at the Carousel Café for a quick lunch, then back to our starting point. Murat is a walking encyclopedia of the Toronto Islands history which made for a really interesting day.
