I bought this canadian Canoe last year to restaure it. At that time I thought it was a "Huron Canoe Based on it’s arrowhead-shaped decks.
The previous owner had the "Good idea" to paint all the inside in red. When I started to remove paints on the bow a remnants of a decal appeared. the remnants look like the 75th anniversary Peterborough’s decal but I removed all the paint inside the canoe and I didn’t find any serial number. Everybody knows Peterborough puts serial numbers on their canoes... strange.
Anyway here are the specs and some pictures to help identification
Lenght: 17 feet
Beam: 36 inches
Depth: 14 inches
2" ribs with between 1" and 1 1/4" gap
