Great photos Chris. You even resemble the hunter in the photo. With the rolling block rifle, wool plaid shirt, felt hat, lantern, and army tent this would make a great diorama.

My guess is, he's already on it. The close up shot, not shown here looks just like Chris. Spittin' image, as they say. In fact, I thought it was Chris dressed as a reinacter.

??????

Hmmmmm.....

Dave, you're right!! Chris "Frederick Remington" Pearson is hooked into a whole new genre. Chris, I've seen your work, and you CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't even notice the red stripes in the wool pants, the Duluth pack, and the fly rod. Beautiful. Chris, Why don't you bring it to the Quiet water Symposium in March so we can all see it.

Sorry Chris, the game is up! Your colorizer program screwed up.... Anyone who has worked with old photos knows those sepia tones really show a green checked shirt.

And did you know back in those days real men weren't afraid to wear pink plaid? They knew it couldn't be captured on film!

Chris, I think this is a photo of you. I am going to evaluate the growth rings on the splitting log to see if they match up with recent time period. We can match up growth rings of trees and determine with good accuracy the year it was cut. It's a CSI thing.
