Morris data base

Absent Kathy, I am not sure that anyone is keeping a running list of these anymore. The data base, had you seen it, was not exactly a database. It was more of a compellation of Dennis and Kathy's notes. While Kathy was actively working on her book and still active here, many of us were in the habit of letting her know of Morris canoes we had located and any interesting, related details. After she went "off grid", I don't think that has been continued.
I am continuing to note any serial numbers that turn up with provenance that affect the Morris dating table. I am overdue to make one change to it related to a refined date that became available since I last revised it.

Thanks for the update. I will get the information on this canoe once I begin the restoration and post in here, because it will change her age graph. Joe

Actually, the dating table was provided by me based upon the "database" and a few of the canoes with confirmed provenance.
It would be exciting if your canoe could influence the table with confirmed provenance such as an order invoice, journal entry specific to the boat or other similar benchmarks to help lock in the assumptions that I made when I constructed the original table.
As I mentioned, I do have one such revision to address at some point. It will shift some of the production dates. If you have information to share, PM me so that I can see how it fits to my current table.
Mike
