Great group assembled without regard to the forecast...then the weather cooperated pretty well with no rain and sun/blue skies near the end. I think we had 12 canoes. Early fall color was beautiful. Here are some of my photos. The group as we were getting ready to go. Edie and Roxy's stylish canoe-ware. Jim and Edie in the sunny colored canoe. Dave McD's Minetta. Jan Bloom's bright green canoe.
Dave McD has put many better photos up on FaceBook. Great dinner and fun around the campfire after the paddle too. It was another super event. Thanks Debbie Darga for all the coordination that makes it easy on the rest of us.

Great fun. I must mention the toffee. It was notworthy and served on-stream, as were the twizzlers. Very good.

Hi, I'm Bob Schenk, just got a 2000 15' Ragg-A-Muffin canvas canoe, made by The West Hollow Boat Co. Has a hole in it plus some broken ribs & planking. I am planning on restoring it, talked to Pat Smith, also ordered the books to learn what I need to do. Was wondering if anybody lives close to Grand Ledge, MI.?? (its near Lansing, thought I would throw that in there). If so maybe swing by to take a look & try to point me in the right direction. Thanks, Bob
