Looking to get a canoe moved..

An 8 hour drive seems quite reasonable for a Gerrish in almost any condition. I'd be on the road by now. Nothing hurts more than sewing up a deal only to have it unravel. I once left a Rushton skiff in a persons boathouse for the winter. It was mine for $200.00. When I went to collect it in the spring I learned that the owner had recently passed away. It was floating in the boathouse. Her nephew had taken a shine for it. It's been 55 years and I'm still crying about it.

Last time I was up to see Chris my torque converter went out. If it was on the east coast I would gladly help get it into his hands!
