I know it is not a canoe,but it is very cool anyways .it folds up and is ash or oak. I will post pics tonite. It is suppose to be from the 30's or 40's. I have seen it in old trapper catalogs from the 20's.

That is pretty cool, but since it is not a canoe, you are in violation - you will have to package it up and mail it to me...

FWIW, my user snowshoes are L.L. Bean, probably 50's vintage with great decals on them. Got two pairs (different styles) at an estate sale for a gloat-able price...
