laminated paddle repairer?

While off paddling this weekend a friend asked if I knew someone who would do repairs to a laminated paddle that has its dynel tip ripped off. I did not. Is there a repairer in the mid-Atlantic region? Elsewhere? Tom McCloud

How bad is the damage? Pictures are worth a thousand words, and maybe more...

There's also the question of whether the paddle is worth repairing, or if it's time to hang that one on the Wall Of Fame, and make a new one.
