Many thanks to John Hupfield et al for putting on a fabulous event, weather was beautiful and boats were first class. Where else can you have Jan Gougeon sail your completed project and pat you on the back? Where else can you see vikings? Hugh Hortons Bufflehead is a terrific decked cruiser, and open canoes abounded. Several new sailors were converted, one even baptized. Even the mishaps were minor, and almost everyone wore pfds.
