Kennebec 22007

The Kennebec canoe with serial number 22007 is shown on pages 142 and 143 of volume four in the Kennebec ledgers. This was assigned to an 18 foot long Kennebec model type A. It was planked by F. Roy on October 12th, 1929. Giroux applied the canvas covering and the first filler coat on the same day. He applied the second filler coat on November 30th, 1929. It was railed by Burton on December 14th, 1929. The "F 22" (Function number 22 or the keel was completed by Giroux on December 22nd, 1929. The original color was green. It shipped to location "30-79" on March 28th, 1930. This location is probably an order number but we don't currently have enough information to identify it.
