What has been found to be the best sealing product to seal the keel to the hull?

Okay thanks Benson, I thought there might be some great new product in a tube that could be applied with a caulking gun.

Bedding compound is probably the best overall, but there are some other threads on the subject:

What do you guys use for the keel installation for the bedding compound? Do you actually use the marine bedding compound or can some other compound be used that is more reasonable in cost. There must be other chalking compounds that will work.
