Hello to all.
I have always loved anything old and steeped in history! What better medium than canoes right?
I have been reading some posts and I always wondered....How do you build an all wood canoe/boat without it leaking? especially with such thin planking?? Is there any builders out there that are doing it now?
Wood/canvas I understand and I'm currently restoring a 14 foot Chestnut canoe myself.
So, I hope to learn lots here and share my passion with like minds.
