The Old Town canoe with serial number 145788 is a 16 foot long, CS grade, Otca model with open spruce gunwales, ash decks, ash trim, a keel, a floor rack, and a full length bang plate. It was built between June and September, 1946. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on September 23rd, 1946 to Southbridge, Massachusetts.
