Hello Bill,

It's called snow - frozen water. I guess it's not too common in Australia. This is how we Canadians test paddle our canoes this time of the year.

Well, it's nice to see that we aren't the only ones still out there paddling. Actually, this was our Christmas card a couple of years back. This year has been just sleet and freezing rain.....so far.
