If you look closely, the last digit is probably an I rather than a 1.
The USCG has an on-line database of MIC's (first 3 characters of the HIN) that indicate the manufacturer, and the last three digits are the year and month that the boat was built.

Thanx alot. Thats realy interesting to know. I will be posting more pictures and seeking more advise on how to make it ready for spring fishing in the Fiberglass section. Please keep an eye out for me. I could use you and Ya'lls experience. Thanks again Bryan
