This is an early Royalite canoe from U. S. Rubber. This material was eventually renamed Royalex and the company became Uniroyal. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royalex for some of the history. Yours appears to be a Thompson Royal-Craft as shown in the undated flier below. Thompson first introduced a canoe like this in 1964 at the Chicago Boat Show. It may not have any ultraviolet protection so I wouldn't leave it out in bright sunlight.
