I see some resemblance to my Morris, but.......
It's not an IG. Our NYS canoes don't look quite like that. I have two IG's and neither of them bear any similarity to this.
It resembles an early Kennebec a friend of mine once owned. I believe that you have an old Maine canoe.....

No, not an Indian Girl. Goring and sheer strake are all wrong, and the serial number stamp not consistent with Rushton. Kind of reminds me of a Racine, but don't think its that either...
