Do you know the source and date?

No, but I have asked if this information is shown on the back side of the clipping. The full top shown below indicates that it is probably from the Daily Free Press-Tribune which operated in Waltham from 1897 to 1924. The Waltham and Boston Public Libraries have copies on microfilm but I haven't been able to find any scanned copies. I will post the details here if I get anything more.

The first clipping ends with H.B. Arnold's address, and then says "Electric Cars Pass the Door"!
I know there were electric cars back then (until their heavy lead-acid batteries made them unable to compete as gasoline cars became more powerful) but what does "pass the door" mean? Are they allowed in the shop or warehouse because they emit no fumes?
Sorry for thread drift!

Like the sound of the electric drive in the "Street Car named Desire". Not likely to forget it .
The good old days sort of.
