Looks like it may have hit an iceberg. Looks like all of the ribs on that opposite side need to be replaced. Based on the tag I would think it was built after Henry died.

I'l pay $200 if I only had to drive a few miles for it. But it will take a lot of work.

Actually, it looks pretty good! I've worked on far, far worse condition canoes, so it is do-able, it all depends upon your skill, time availablity, and drive.

Vermont is just WAY too far for me to drive to, 3 days each way...
