Interested in finding makers name, value, and if there is a market for these boats. Thank you Barry LeBarron 802-274-4888. Danville VT.

Barry,
What you have is actually a bit newer....it is a Linkanoe.... Edwin Link, the inventor of the Link flight simulator is the man behind these collapsible canoes and boats. They were built between 1946 and 1949.
There is a very nice writeup about Linkanoe at the Wooden Canoe Museum website. https://woodencanoemuseum.org/index.php/builder-history/linkanoe
You are fortunate to have the outside cover for it. Most of the ones I have found have been missing that important part.
These turn up fairly often. I would describe the market for these as relatively small...folks interested in canoes might want one to round out a collection. In the past several years I have seen them sell for as much as $500 and as little as $200, condition depending.
Your images do not allow me to tell which model it is and although you describe it as a boat, I cannot see a transom. It looks like a stern tapers like a canoe.
