hello, I have a Chestnut Pal and the previous owner knows nothing about it. I was kind of curious about the year (roughly) it was built. the serial number is17364. any help would be appreciated. thanks Kirk

I don't see any chestnut canoes on here with information in regards to serial numbers. maybe the number mean nothing on these models.

There are no known existing serial number records for the Chestnut Canoe Company so the best you can hope for is that someone has another Chestnut with a similar serial number and a very accurate family history or other documentation. Sorry,
