Cedar canoe identification help

Been looking to buy my first canoe, found this on facebook and was just wondering if anyone could tell me more about it.

16ft, 32" wide, seller said it's a cedar strip canoe. Manufacturer and date unknown. Seller included the number 2024 in the ad not sure if that's some sort of ID number?

Basically wondering if this was made by an actual manufacturer or just some sort of DIY kit.

Looks like a wood canvas canoe. People often mislabel them.

In Canada, it is quite common to call this style of canoe a cedar strip. This is the second time this has come up recently.

Trying to identify maker of 15'9" Glass covered cedar strip

I am trying to identify a canoe I bought to restore but just don't have the time. I'd like to know what it's worth so I figured a maker would be a good start. I have a few pictures but can take more of specific areas if it helps
