Here's a long shot: when my family moved from 33 Cheritan Ave Toronto in the early 1980's, they left in the garage my grandfather's red cedar strip canoe. I remember it being a really big canoe (maybe 17' maybe bigger?) It was hanging from the ceiling in our day. May have been made in Quebec. My parents gave it to the new owners of the house. I would LOVE to know what happened to it!
