Canadian Canoe Co. 4926

I have a lady that has asked me if I could tell her anything about a canoe that is in her father's estate. She says the numbers 4926 are stamped in the stem. I can't find a series 49 in the Canadian Canoe Co. model numbers. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot. Stan Hack.

I also have one- #6078, though i"m told there should be another two numbers. Well, sanded and scraped stem this weekend and only four #'s there. Anyone out there who really knows the Canadian's can provide guidance would be greatly appreciated!

From any info that I have seen on Canadians the first two numbers are the model but little else can be found out. At least by me so far. Thanks to anyone that can shed some light. Stan Hack.
