Can any one identify this?

Recently picked this one up. Was told that it is app. 90 years. Can not find any identifing markings. Any ideas?

Thompson Brothers Boat Manufacturing Company - Hiawatha model.

Probably pre-1940, because the half ribs completely fill the space between ribs. Attached is page from 1922 catalog (you can make out the long decks on the profile view). See Dave Osborn's Hiawatha dating chart, here:

Thank you for the quick response, I'll get into the wood and try to date it from the chart, The previous owners feel it should be from early 30's
