That appears to be a (Thompson) Shell Lake. I am not all that familiar with Thompsons or Shell Lakes so I am not sure which model....
If you are considering buying it do so knowing that the boat has frequently been exposed to salt water. The whitish blooms on the inside result from the corrosion of the brass tacks that secure the planking to the ribs. That should be a major concern. The fix is re-tacking the entire canoe.......
