So I have gotten some sage advice and visited a couple of you. I have been sketching out plans for a workshop for over a year and sparring with the local permit folks...to no avail. I hang my head in shame and am embarrassed to admit I hired an architect to draft the plans for a permit. I should have a draft in the next couple of days and then time will tell for the approval.

I post this to help new comers like myself outfit what you can to carry on the art of restoring these amazing craft. Once I get the permit I will post progress and will standby for plenty of unrequested but welcome insight...
