Very pretty!
There was a plethora of strip builders some time back but most found it too difficult tro make wages.
The quality of the hull looks very good but the finish of deck and seats and thwart would make me assume it was finished out by someone who aquired the hull from the builder.
The lines of the hull are likely in Ted Moores knowledge at Bear Mountain Boatworks.Google time.
