42lb prospector

Andre Cloutier

Firestarter. Wicked Firestarter.
Not in wood, unless its 10ft long! In a moment of weakness took a swift 16 prospector in kevlar fusion into Algonquin for an overnite - a joy to portage and see thru too. Met some wood and canvas folks on the carry overs but was too embarassed to promote the wcha, outfitted as we were.....:eek:

Algonquin Park

Algonquin is always nice, even with a plastic prospector.

Which access point did you use and where did you do the overnight?

Hi Steve,
our hunt camp is in South River so we go in the Northwest Entrance at Kawawaymog (round) lake, and just overnited at North Tea. Easy trip with kids for a quick getaway. We still promoted the WCHA of course!

Know the route very well, it has been a long time since I've been in that corner of the park.

See you at Killbear.
