1980s?? White Canoe

Picked this up years ago. Trying now to identify it. The store that sold it, don't have records going back that far. It's 16ft, had cane seats. Has a keel. The dark slats are not plastic, those are also wood.

Welcome and congratulations, the information at https://www.usps.org/national/safety/HIN/HIN.pdf indicates that this was made in May, 1982. There are no known serial number records available for White canoes from that era. This was made before Old Town purchased White in November, 1984. The catalog page from the early 1980s below has more details.
