How do I PM another member?

Look for the Inbox in the upper right corner of the title bar between your name and the Alerts. If you click on this then the next screen has a "Start a New Conversation" option which has a box where you can type in the screen name of the person you want to send a private message to. Let me know if this isn't clear. Good luck,

Thanks Benson. I assumed "start a new conversation " was the same as the old PM but I wanted to make sure first.

If you check "lock conversation" I assume the person it is sent will be able to respond but no others. is that correct?
No, that means that no one will be able to respond, including the person who you sent the message to so it isn't very helpful if you want them to reply.
