11' old town

I have an 11' "trapper" the serial number as far as I can see is #394. Is this possible?

Hi James-- The Old Town records on CD don't go back that far. It's also possible your canoe is from a builder other than Old Town, and if you post pictures we may help you figure that out. It's also possible there's a missing digit--- Old Town serial numbers are on both stems, so be sure to check them both out and compare. Sometimes a digital camera will pick up images that are hard to see with the naked eye... and wetting the area can help bring out numbers.
