With the holiday gift-buying season well underway, and with the WCHA membership drive in progress, WCHA members might consider a gift of membership in the WCHA for a friend or relative.
A person doesn’t need to be a wooden canoe fancier to appreciate Wooden Canoe, our semi-monthly journal. Almost anyone interested in the out-of-doors -- fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, swimming -- will enjoy the articles and our newly colorful presentations. And who knows, a budding interest in canoes might be fostered to the point that someone is encouraged to come to next summer’s Assembly, or a dormant interest might be awakened into a membership renewal next year.
So if you are looking for an imaginative gift, give the WCHA.
