As I work on my Rushton research, I have struggled with how to portray the watercraft offerings and how they relate to each other. I messed around with a new bit of software, and came up with the attached PDF that I think captures most of what I am trying to visualize. Once downloaded and opened in your PDF viewer of choice, you will probably need to zoom in and scroll around to see the parts that interest you.
The canoe and boat data comes from 26 different Rushton catalogs.
The left half of the tree is the beginnings of research in to the workers of the Rushton factory, and as it stands, is drawn solely from two photographs that identified the people in them. Lots more to do here.
As usual, comments welcome.
