Looking for a couple Rushton floorboard turnbuckles, does anyone know where I might find some for sale?

They used to be available back in the day in the same and similar form as storm window hardware.

The correct term is turn button.
Try an internet search for vintage turn button.
Open images, and hardware similar to what you need appears. Most are cast iron, but did notice some brass, but it was mislabeled.

How many do you need?
I think I may have some squirrelled away in one of my many boxes of old hardware. I cleaned out my wife's grandfathers cellar many years ago and ended up with a lot of turn of the century bits. Then I cleaned out my fathers junk from his shop and carriage barn and ended up with even more. I also had several early homes with shutters that were held closed by these beauties. I may have accumulated some in my own junk bins.
Before Lowes, junk bins were the source of so many things...screws, nails, eye hooks, you name it.

Oh boy, brass will be tough. "Hens teeth". I just spent 1/2 hour rummaging through a few dozen boxes of "junk". To my surprise, I did not find a single one. I'm thinking I may have used them the last time I hung wood shutters about 30 years ago. I'm not done looking. I have other places to dig, but in an unheated garage....I'll dig around when temperatures return to above freezing.
