Dear friends –
It’s with great sadness that I let you know of the sudden accidental death of our beloved friend, Horace Strong. Horace died yesterday at his home in Craftsbury Common. Our prayers and loving thoughts are with Shirley, his family, and all who loved this kind, gentle, and vibrant man. A service of memory will take place at the United Church of Craftsbury on Monday, June 9 at 2 PM. A committal service will follow at the Craftsbury Common Cemetery, with a reception to follow that at the Sterling College dining hall.
