Request for information on a canoe

Welcome, the Old Town canoe with serial number 104597 is a 16 foot long, CS (common sense or middle) grade, Otca model with red western cedar planking, open oak gunwales, 16 inch decks, half ribs, a keel, outside stems, and bilge keels. It was built between January and April, 1930. The original exterior paint color was turkey red. It shipped on April 21st, 1930 to Ann Arbor, Michigan. A scan of this build record can be found below.
