When I click on a members profile, it also shows a "Reaction Score". What is that and how is it determined?

The page at the link below explains this in more detail. The short summary is that this forum has enabled a "Like" button in the lower right corner for each message and the reaction score is the total number of times that button has been clicked for each member's messages.
