Penn Yan Parts/Decals

Curious about Wooden Canoes
Hi All,
I should have heeded the warning of “you can’t own just one” but I did not…. I now have begun my small collection of wood and canvas watercraft.
I recently purchased what appears to be a 14’ Penn Yan Flier Cartop, no stem number but other identifying tags/features . Being new to the game still, I overlooked some issues. I’m in need of some parts and wondering if anyone has extras they are willing to part with.

I’m looking for…
- A set of Oarlocks, I have the sockets. I believe they are bronze but haven’t found materials listed yet on the forum or in the catalogs.
- 4 metal seat braces that go from the inwale to the top of the seat.
- Penn Yan deck and side decals

Thank you!
Dan R.

Last year, I sent all of my PY seat braces that had been collected over 30 years to the assembly. I am not sure where they finally went, But someone has them. The seat braces vary in size from front to back. Most were from 12' cartoppers, but some might work. Hopefully, someone might respond.

Bummer, just missed the bus! Hopefully someone has some kicking around. We shall see.

Thanks Patrick, I’ll let this thread linger a bit but will keep the website in my back pocket.
