Hi guys, serial # RC22 17 i looked at Dan's chart. still not sure. the rainbow seems to be 35 inches wide. The one I have here is only 33'' thats outside gunwale to gunwale. This has had alot of work done to it , but if i stretch the width to 35 the center thwart wouldn't fit. Any help would be great. Dave

Is the maximum beam of the hull itself great than the width over the gunwales (i.e. more tumblehome)? If so that may make up some of the difference. Otherwise, consider the catalog specs to be guidelines rather than rules. If it looks fair, and the hull hasn't rounded out excessively, just go with it.

I think with the little tumblehome it has it adds a little and that should be close enogh to the specs. thanks Dan
