The Old Town canoe with serial number 120855 is a 16 foot long, AA grade, Yankee model with open mahogany gunwales, mahogany decks, mahogany thwarts, mahogany seats, a keel, a floor rack, side plate rowlocks, a mast seat, a mast step, and a rudder. It was built between March and June, 1937. The original exterior paint color was similar to the image shown at

It was first shipped on June 14th, 1937 to Worcester, Mass. and returned on July 30th, 1937 for credit and sold again later.
